3.5 is our rating. Recently had hardwood floor installed. The floor looked great, however when we asked for just a minor caulking on some quarter round the office responded with no options to fix it.The quarter round did not match the closet base boards. Also corner cuts needed to be caulked.

Expert Flooring Services was definitely a blessing for us. We found a really nice vinyl floating floor, for our home. (Hollow Canyon) is the product that we chose. We are very pleased with the new look! The customer service was excellent! Gilbert Jr. really listened to our needs and vision we had. He was very accommodating and prompt. He answered all our questions and delivered a great experience for us. Not to mention, very well mannered and respectful. We will definitely be conducting business again in the future with this company.

A house converted into shop with as many samples as could possibly fit inside. The family that runs this are nice people trying to run a business and find solutions for people, not salesmen with a script. Like in many places, know roughly how it should look and what it needs to withstand before going to have a smooth experience. The installers they use aren't the most professional I've had (still respectful), but do the job right. The end result is what I wanted it to be and the steps to get there went smoothly.

Great experience from beginning to end. Installers were professional and personable. All went smoothly as we were prepared for instillation. Considering price, quality, and workmanship, I would gladly use again!
